As humans, we all get bored quickly, so we make our engagements short and sharp, always looking for ways to make the most significant impact in the shortest time.
We pay attention to what people say and do and how they relate to themselves, others, and the nonhuman entities around them. We look for tensions, unmet needs, assumptions, expectations and patterns of behaviour.
Our delivery of reflections and observations comes from a place of empathy, curiosity, courage and hope. We talk about hard things and help you find your own ways forward.
OUR INSPIRATIONS
We love arts and draw on stage acting when exploring your relationships, mental models and organisational dynamics.
Achievements inspire us. We embark on daunting endeavours and use techniques from the psychology of peak performance and positive psychology to pull us through. We walk the walk.
We believe that everything in existence is interconnected and mutually influential. No entity can be fully understood in isolation from its relationships. Relationships and interactions with others evolve our identity. We curate our relationships and hope you do too.
FOUNDER'S CREDENTIALS
Three points summarise our founder, Laura Hefer.
Always learning. BA in Political Science, MBA in International Business, MSc in Coaching Psychology and now in the final year of a PhD in Business Information Systems.
Always connecting to value. 13 years in selling technology and advisory services (including for companies like Gartner) by identifying and articulating what is of value. 6 years coaching leaders and teams to identify and create value. 3 years of researching how using AI assistants can enhance and undermine what has been considered valuable.
Always creating novel insights. You will find her at industry and academic conferences and business forums, connecting with people of different backgrounds and presenting her own work.
