Now We Need Appropriate Strategies to Adapt
EIn a stable environment we can continue doing what has worked so far but not in current, volatile, times; right now we can't expect to find universal optimal solutions that last.
Now more than ever we need to keep reassessing the environment and the challenges it presents to us. We need to understand what is required to overcome our common and unique troubles and then access, individually and collectively, the most appropriate internal and external resources (abilities, strengths, connections etc) to address what we are facing emotionally and in the world.
My work on building systemic resilience is born from my collaboration with Dr. Michael Cavanagh at the University of Sydney.

Originally from Lithuania, I moved to Australia 10 years ago, after marrying my South African husband in England. A mum to a nine year old girl and her two little, noisy dogs, with no extended family nearby, but many loving friends. We moved to Cherrybrook from Wollstonecraft a year ago, to enjoy life by the bush...
I hold a MSc in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. In my work with leaders in organisations, I help them to adapt to our ever changing world and discover what they can uniquely provide to meet the needs of today and into the future. Now I am answering that question for myself and inviting you to connect with me and the members of your local community.
