Group and Individual Coaching Program
Take part in a coaching program consisting of 5 x 1.5 hr group sessions and 2 x 1hr one-on-one sessions focused on providing you an opportunity to notice how your own frame of mind, implicit assumptions and patterns of behaviour impact how you see others and how others might be experiencing you. The purpose of this program is to support you in developing your capacity for more fruitful collaboration with those that seemed to be very different from you in their thinking or/actions actions.
It enables you to develop the capacity to notice in action how your group interacts and what those interactions make possible and what becomes impossible. It gives you and your peers a chance to take risks and learn safely and fast from your own and others’ insights.
