We are passionate about helping you identify new pathways to create value and extend your capacity to make a visible impact.
Our founder, Laura Hefer, is insatiably curious and resistant to committing her life to a single profession or discipline. She is a generalist completing her fourth degree in a fourth discipline.
In her research, she explores technology vendors' idea of reality and how users experience their reality, how vendors package their knowledge and how users unpack it in their specific contexts. Laura is interested in the opportunities and threats AI-fuelled digitalisation presents to our work practices and how we see ourselves, others, and the world.
As a leadership and team coach, Laura draws on her strengths to integrate her knowledge, experience and diverse social networks to ask unexpected questions during her interventions.
We are focused on innovation and are expected to move fast while taking on more responsibility and changing roles. We started with the feeling of disconnect and your program provided a great reset. The questions that we had to answer were very thought-provoking.
